Key skill requirements:
– Manage and maintain CRM data, users, and system access.
– Update customer, lead, and sales information accurately.
– Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and KPI analytics.
– Develop and manage CRM workflows and automation.
– Analyze customer data and support customer segmentation.
– Provide CRM user training and technical support.
– Coordinate with IT/vendors for CRM integration and troubleshooting.
– Suggest improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and data quality.
